Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All purchases made through store.kosnetwork.org are final. Shards and ranks are digital goods delivered to your account immediately, which limits when a refund is possible.

2. Digital Content and Immediate Delivery

Shards and rank perks apply to your account right after payment. Once delivered, the purchase is considered used and is not eligible for a refund except as described below.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Your account was suspended or banned for breaking the Rules or Terms of Service.
• Shards, Coins, Bits, or items lost from normal gameplay, an economy reset, or a balance change.
• Accidental purchases (wrong package, wrong account) reported after the Shards/rank have been delivered and used.
• Unauthorized purchases caused by you sharing your account or login with someone else.
• Any purchase made outside store.kosnetwork.org, or any real-money trade for in-game currency/items.
• Refund requests made after the rank's billing period has mostly or fully elapsed.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us first results in a permanent ban and forfeiture of the purchase. Contact support before disputing a payment with your bank or payment provider.

5. Exceptional Refunds

Refunds outside this policy — a failed delivery, a duplicate charge, or a payment error — are reviewed case by case. Open a ticket with your order details and we'll take a look.

6. Legal Rights

This policy doesn't affect any statutory consumer rights you have under the law in your country.
