By joining KOS Network, creating a website account, or using our Discord server, you agree to these Terms and to our Rules. If you don't agree, don't use the server or site.
No hacked clients or mods that give an unfair advantage — this includes movement mods, inventory/crafting mods, health indicators, radar, ESP, freecam, auto/easy-place, macros, scripts, auto-clickers, and mouse tweaks. Full list and punishments on the Rules page.
No abusing bugs or glitches. Item duplication is a permanent ban, no exceptions. If you find a bug, report it instead of using it.
No real-money trading — trading in-game items, currency, or accounts for real money or goods outside our official store (store.kosnetwork.org) is not allowed. No using in-game currency for external gambling. Shards, ranks, and other Virtual Items may only be bought, sold, or transferred through the official store.
No impersonating staff. Maximum of 5 accounts per player. Don't find or share the world seed.
No harassment, toxicity, doxxing, spam, or promotion of other servers/services. No ban evasion — using an alt account to bypass a ban or mute.
Shards, ranks, and other Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, can't be exchanged for cash, and exist only on KOS Network. We can modify, rebalance, or remove Virtual Items at any time (for example during an economy reset) and are not required to compensate you for it.
Staff enforce the Rules and these Terms at their discretion, including bans, mutes, kicks, and warnings. Punishment tiers are listed on the Rules page. Every ban or mute applies to the associated IP as well as the account.
